Statistical Deception On Gatorade

So a lot of us do sports right? And so whenever we're hydrated, most of us drink sports drinks like gatorade, powerade, etc.. because we think when we're tired and we drink these it can help us. So does these drinks really work like we want them to?

We wanna talk about one of the examples we gave which is Gatorade because we wanted to know if they really make our body either better or worse.

We came across this article about Gatorade and read about The Nutrition Facts if they're good or bad for our body. After we read it this was our opinion:

"We used to think that Gatorade and other sports drinks were really supposed to help us get re-hydrated but after reading this article, that made us think otherwise. People who drink more sports drinks usually gets more hydrated. Wanna know why? Look below."

This is The Nutrition Facts we were talking about earlier:

Here's a closer look:

Continuation:  Based from the information we saw that salt and sweeteners or the additives really do make people very thirsty which cause them to get dehydrated. So Gatorade is not very recommendable to people who doesn't really exercise like most of us athletes that sweat a lot and lose some body fluids. Also, Gatorade can be a waste of money because according to studies, salt makes people gain weight, which means its useless to exercise and drink it. The best thing to drink is water because you wont get hydrated.''

Thats when we say that "Gatorade Doesn't Always Win"

If you wanna know more about this here are the articles we read:
